No not everyone that drinks beer in gwd is considered public drunk, but they get drunk because of all the pharmaceuticals that are in their systems. Linda you're blind and dumb to the underlining problem.

Is everybody that drinks a beer in gwd. public drunk? Too much grey area in that law. And could be abused in a heartbeat.
