SOUTH CAROLINA JUDGE, LAWYERS, AND GUARDIAN AD LITEM (GAL) OUTRIGHT TAKE AND SELL 86-YEAR-OLD'S FAMILY PROPERTY FOR SELF-PROFIT.

On Tuesday, April 22, 2014, 86-year old Thelma Joyce Irving Taylor, sat in a backroom Conference Room in the Saluda Court House in Saluda, SC and watched as Judge Kathy Rushton (serving as Master/Special Referee), Atty. Christian G. Spradley (representing Moore, Taylor & Thomas, P.A. Law Firm) and Atty. Henrietta Gill (GAL) met for a "Supplemental Hearing" they had arranged for 1:00 p.m. in order to divide up amongst themselves the money which Atty. Spradley stated that he was then holding from their selling of the 110 acres of Saluda, SC farmland that had been bought by Ms. Irving Taylor's father, David Irving, in 1917 when he was just 19 years old.

Unbeknownst to the entire I(E)rving family, their family's property was sold on Wednesday, March 28, 2014 - eight days after Ms. Irving Taylor's daughter had filed a second complaint with the Supreme Court of South Carolina Office of Disciplinary Counsel against Atty. Billy C. Coleman (who at one time was the entire I(E)rving family's lawyer/advisor) and a first complaint against Atty. Christian G. Spradley. Both Coleman and Spradley are now affiliated with Moore, Taylor & Thomas, P.A. Law Firm.

The I(E)rving family has been battling in court for the past 10 years to keep this property that is rightfully theirs in the first place.   Coleman, now in his 90s, and a friend, Richard "Dick" Clark (now deceased) became obsessed with taking this property from the I(E)rvings back in the 1960s.  Last month, Coleman had his cohorts just go ahead and sell the I(E)rving family's property despite all of his and his cohorts' previous illegal tactics and wrong doings to try and get this property.

After this supplement hearing, Judge Rushton asked Ms. Irving Taylor's daughter to please not take her down with Coleman and his cohorts if an investigation is held because Coleman has previously did her wrong as well.  Attorney Spradley commented that he was just doing his job.

THE I(E)RVING FAMILY SHOULD HAVE THEIR PROPERTY RETURNED TO THEM.
THERE SHOULD BE AN IMMEDIATE INVESTIGATION TO EXPOSE THE ILLEGALITIES OF THIS CASE AND THE ENTIRE SALUDA, SC COURT SYSTEM.

For further information regarding the I(E)rving family's Saluda, SC land issue, PLEASE CONTACT DEBRAH TAYLOR-GREENE OR DIETHRIC (TAYLOR) LANGFORD - TEL: 773-259-4293;EMAIL: victoryforthelma@gmail.com.

Their are skeletons in everyone's closet. Money can only rule for a season then you pay your wages for your sins. I think I saw a back door man.

This is a crock! Saluda has a major problem. Judge Addy shot and killed himself the day after a family members car wreck at the circle. They automatically ASSumed that it was a D.U.I. The judge was under investigation at the time. I think every one should be replaced and the guilty parties should be in jail! I am praying for this family and hope they get their property back!
