Santa took some time away from his busy schedule of making lists and checking them twice to visit with children of all ages in Uptown Greenwood Saturday. The jolly old elf was at the fountain and the Museum posing for pictures, sampling chocolate chip cookies and listening to children’s Christmas lists.

In an exclusive GwdToday interview, Santa said he is looking forward to bringing lots of Christmas toys to the Lakelands good little girls and boys. “I have been very busy reading children’s letters” said Santa with a chuckle that caused his belly to shake like a bowl full of jelly. “I want to encourage girls and boys of all ages to send their gift requests to GwdToday. I love to read the Holiday Section that they post every year at Christmas time!”

Parents, please email your children’s “Letters to Santa” along with a photgraph, to GwdToday’s volunteer Elf Team at Remember to put “Letters to Santa” in the subject line.
