A Greenwood man was arrested by officials from the Greenwood City Police and charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana.

According to a report from the Greenwood Police Department, authorities approached 214 Walker Street, Greenwood, S.C., the residence of Tyrus Devontay Theodore, 24, at 9:25 p.m. Thursday night. According to the report, officials found a clear plastic bag in Theodore’s pocket, containing 17.3 grams of a green leafy plant substance that was believed to be marijuana, and a plastic container containing four grams of a green leafy plant substance, also believed to be marijuana.

According to the report, authorities then advised Theodore of the search warrant for his residence. After Theodore stated that the front door was locked and he did not have a key, authorities then utilized a battering ram to enter the front door of the residence.

Upon entering the residence, five bags of a green leafy plant substance believed to be marijuana were found in the dresser of Theodore's bedroom. Four of the bags carried a weight of 57 grams, with the other being 7.6 grams. Authorities then found $190 in Theodore's right pocket. According to the report, Theodore was in possession of a total of 259 grams of what was believed to be marijuana, and $190 in cash.

A second suspect, Angel Luis Guzman, 27, of 405 Greene Street, Greenwood, S.C., was issued a citation for Simple Possession of Marijuana and released from the scene, after officials found 1.9 grams and .1 grams of a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana in his right front pocket.

Theodore  is charged with Possession with Intent to Distribute Marijuana and later received a personal recognizance bond.

I don't know what grade you're in , but with typing skills like that one can only assume you just got out of first grade. Learn to type in english and not the street lingo in which you speak. Use periods and comma's where needed when typing or writing and only start a sentence with capital letters. Tyrus mucked up and must pay for his crime, it is illegal to sell drugs. He will not be freed until he has served his time for the crime. In the mean time get some books from the library and try educating yourself.

He has a job so why sell drugs? If you dont like the life style you live with your current job maybe you should have stayed out of trouble and went to school. Instead of being a drug dealer. Times are hard and its people like this who take the easy way out by selling drugs to make a quick lick. You need to learn to be a man. Life isnt easy.
