To Mrs. Carolyn, Stephanie & family, My heart goes out to you all and I know Rev. Carter will be deeply missed by so many people that he fellowship and knew him. I can recall some of the conversations we had over the last months. The prayers he prayed, the Word of God that he stood boldly and taught and the smile he had when he would greet you with. A Man of God I can truly say is wearing his crown. Carter family his spirit will always be with you everywhere you go. I love you all and you will be in my prayers daily.

A friend,
Jennifer Weaver-Dotson
