Chamber Strings to Perform

Selections by English composer Edward Elgar, Czech composer Antonin Dvorak and German-born baroque composer George Frideric Handel will be featured in the Lander University Chamber Strings’ Thursday, April 17, show.

The ensemble, directed by Lander adjunct violin and viola instructor Pawel Kozak, will perform Elgar’s “Serenade for Strings, Op. 20;” Dvorak’s “Miniatures, Op. 75a for Two Violins and Viola;” and Handel’s “Concerto Grosso, Op. 6 No. 4 HWV 322.”

The public is invited to the performance, which starts at 8 p.m. in the Josephine B. Abney Cultural Center Auditorium. Admission is free.
