Ninety Six Wildcat Marching Band wins Division Grand Champion at Clinton Invitational

On Saturday, October 12th, the Ninety Six Wildcat Marching Band swept the awards in Class 3A and received trophies for 1st Place, Best Drum Major, Best Percussion, Best Color Guard, and Best Horn Line in their class while competing at the Clinton Invitational at Wilder Stadium in Clinton, SC.  The Wildcat Marching Band also won Grand Champion in the Red Division, which included all bands in Classes 1A-3A and they were honored with an award for the Best Pit Crew in the Overall Competition.  

The band was proud to have earned the second highest score of the Overall Competition, which featured marching bands from across the state in Classes 1A-6A.  

Please join the Ninety Six Wildcat Marching Band next Saturday, October 19th, at Byrnes High School in Duncan, SC as they compete in the SC Upper State Championship 1A Competition at 12:45pm.

Way to go Wildcat Marching Band. I am part of the pit crew and we were very honored that our school was chosen as the one with the best pit crew.
