Thanks for reading GwdToday - Everyday!

NINETY SIX, SC – A woman was arrested after she allegedly had sex with a 14-year-old boy and gave a 13-year-old girl meth and marijuana.

According to reports from the Ninety Six Police Department and the Greenwood County Sheriff’s Office, the mother of the two juvenile victims contacted the Ninety Six Police Department on September 4th after she learned that a friend of hers, later identified as Kelsey Miranda Hill, 19, that she allowed to live at her house in exchange for babysitting had sex with her son and gave her daughter meth and marijuana.

The reports state that the boy told police that he had both oral and sexual intercourse multiple times with Hill between March and June of this year. He stated that after he had intercourse with Hill, things became awkward and his mother asked Hill to leave their home. The incidents happened both within the town limits of Ninety Six and outside the town limits in Greenwood County.

According to the reports, the girl told police that Hill began pressuring her to steal her mother’s pills so that she could purchase marijuana. The girl stated that Hill smoked marijuana with her and pressured her into eating and smoking meth. The girl said that Hill told her she could not hang out with her if she did not do the meth.

Forensic interviews were conducted with both juveniles at the Children’s Place, according to the report. During the interviews, the juveniles told the same stories that they had told to police. The girl also said that Hill had brought her along when she bought and sold drugs.

Police set up an interview with Hill, but she backed out at the last minute saying that her attorney had advised her not to go or give a statement. Warrants for Hill’s arrest were then signed.

Hill has been charged with two counts of 2nd degree criminal sexual conduct with a minor, three counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor and one count of exposing a child to meth.
